OEM Solutions Hires Four Senior Executives

Sales Managers Alex Hauk, Ondrej Gavura, Wade Files will Manage GPS Technology company's new business growth; Georgia Frousiakis joins as Engineering Manager

January 20, 2009 - Navman Wireless OEM Solutions, a leading designer and manufacturer of world-class Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, today announced the hiring of four key executives to further develop both its sales and engineering capabilities. Leading its international sales management staff is Alex Hauk as Regional Sales Manager EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), as well as Ondrej Gavura as its Channel Sales Manager EMEA, and Wade Files as its Americas' Sales Manager.

Also joining the company is Georgia Frousiakis as Engineering Manager, who will oversee all engineering activities for the company and provide customer applications support.

Alex Hauk, an experienced sales-professional with over twelve years of international sales and technology experience, will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities as well as developing the EMEA channel. Bringing a strong knowledge of GPS technology and customer service skill to the team, Hauk spent four years as Regional Sales Director at Tele Atlas and most recently was the VP Sales North America at Sygic, where he directed its global business development efforts. He will be based in the company's Foothill Ranch office.

Reporting to Hauk and based in Austria, Ondrej Gavura will manage day-to-day relations with Navman Wireless OEM Solutions' partners and customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Gavura brings a wealth of sales and product marketing experience to the company, including over thirteen years of mobile communications technology experience. He was most recently a product manager for Navman and other lines at Codico GmbH.

As Americas' Sales Manager and based in Foothill Ranch, Wade Files brings over five years of GPS and ten years of RF experience to Navman Wireless. Most recently with u-blox, Files brings significant GPS and complimentary technology, as well as extensive customer requirements knowledge, to the Navman Wireless team.

Georgia Frousiakis comes to Navman Wireless OEM Solutions with over fifteen years of GPS experience. She has significant knowledge of GPS chipsets, modules and receivers boards, as well as extensive experience in worldwide customer support across multiple platforms (consumer, AVL and military).

Prior to joining Navman Wireless, Georgia spent thirteen years at Rockwell International as a Design Engineer and Applications Engineering Manager and three years at IBM. Most recently she spent eight years as the Technical Marketing and Product Applications Engineering Manager at RF Micro Devices, where she was responsible for all customer-facing activities including Tier 1 handset manufacturers.
